Nothing on this website or in any training program constitutes legal advice, certification, or a guarantee of qualification unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Eligibility Requirements
By using this website or registering for training, you represent and warrant that:
• You are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or have appropriate parental or guardian consent where permitted
• You are legally permitted to possess firearms under all applicable federal, state, and local laws
• You are not prohibited from participating in firearms-related training
Pewjitsu reserves the right to deny participation at its sole discretion.
4. Safety Compliance and Removal
Participants are required to strictly adhere to all safety rules, including all firearm safety protocols and instructor commands.
Pewjitsu reserves the right to remove any participant from training without refund for:
• Unsafe behavior
• Failure to follow instructions
• Disruptive or negligent conduct
5. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that firearms and tactical training involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious bodily injury, permanent disability, or death.
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Pewjitsu makes no representations or warranties regarding:
• Performance under stress
• Personal safety outcomes
• Legal outcomes resulting from the application of training
Individual results will vary.
7. Training and Certification Disclaimer
Pewjitsu provides training based on professional experience and industry standards.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, completion of any course does not constitute official certification, licensure, or qualification under state or federal law.
Any references to certifications or requalifications are subject to applicable governing body requirements and participant eligibility.
8. Use-of-Force and Legal Disclaimer
Training may include instruction on use-of-force principles and defensive tactics.
Such information is provided for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.
Participants are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws and for any actions taken outside of training environments.
9. Equipment Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal equipment, including firearms and ammunition, is:
• Lawfully owned
• Properly maintained
• Safe to operate
Pewjitsu is not responsible for equipment malfunctions, misuse, or unsafe handling.
10. Payments and Cancellations
Payment is required to reserve a training slot unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation and rescheduling requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Pewjitsu will make reasonable efforts to accommodate emergencies, scheduling conflicts, and advance notice cancellations.
Depending on the circumstances, participants may be offered rescheduling, training credit, or partial refund.
Failure to attend a scheduled training without prior notice (no-show) will result in forfeiture of payment.
All decisions regarding cancellations, credits, and refunds are made at the sole discretion of Pewjitsu.
